Welcome to Bloxburg is officially part of the Halloween Spotlight Event in Roblox. This is an exciting platform-wide event where various games have different quests and objectives. Each quest that a player completes will grant them a Rune and a Key. Both are requirements to unlock the Grand Prize for this event.
In this guide, we will take a deep dive at all the mission objectives in Welcome to Bloxburg. Find out how you can acquire a Rune and a Key quickly and efficiently.

Getting the Rune and Key in Welcome to Bloxburg
Similar to other Roblox games involved in the ongoing Halloween Spotlight Event, players must complete a series of quests to earn rewards. There are two quests for each game, and one will reward them with a Key and the other will grant them a Rune.
Unlocking the Rune
To get the Rune, players must accumulate 500 Halloween Tickets. This is a limited-time currency for the Halloween special, and these are all the ways players can get more of them:
- Complete the daily potion activity.
- Go trick-or-treating.
- Finish the Ghost Hunting minigame.
The Rune will automatically unlock once players have 500 Halloween Tickets. It may take a while, but we recommend doing all three activities to speed up the process.
Unlocking the Key
The Key will be unlocked once players finish Sabrina’s Quest. This is the beginning of a long questline, but it is worth it since it will give players something in return. At the end of this long quest, players would reunite a ghost with their family and receive the Key as a reward.
