Dolman Law leads Georgia lawsuit against Roblox, accusing the gaming company of platforming predators and enabling child exploitation.

The gaming giant Roblox is once again in the news for all the wrong reasons after Dolman Law and Battle Law filed a lawsuit in Georgia, accusing the platform of enabling a child predator to groom a minor. The complaint was filed on behalf of the minor’s parent, Jane Doe (anonymous).
It claims that the child was allegedly groomed by an adult and was forced to send explicit images and videos. The lawsuit blames Roblox for not upholding children’s safety and for failing to stop the child from being abused.
This is not something new, as there was a similar accusation against Roblox earlier this year. An Indiana family sued the platform for enabling child exploitation. The complaint claimed that the company was incentivizing profits over the safety of minors.
Dolman Law Has Filed Multiple Lawsuits Against Roblox

As per the AJC, earlier in August 2025, a mother from DeKalb County, Georgia, filed the lawsuit through Dolman Law. The lawsuit aims to hold Roblox accountable and claims the gaming platform is liable for the child exploitation of her nine-year-old child. The report notes that a few adults posed as children on Roblox and sent him highly inappropriate content.
They then reportedly harassed the boy, coercing the child to send compromising photos of himself to the adults. The lawsuit argues that Roblox is liable for enabling the predators by allowing them to pose as the minor’s peers and interact with the child, which ultimately led to abuse.
This is Dolman Law’s second case against Roblox. Earlier this year, in July, the law firm filed another lawsuit against the platform on behalf of a family in Florida after the assault of their 11-year-old girl. The complaint was similar, with Dolman Law arguing that Roblox facilitated the grooming and abuse of the predators by not protecting the children.
Roblox has been changing its policies about online interactions. Recently, they announced a new age verification method for unfiltered chats on the platform. The company claims this will prevent older users from freely interacting with young players.
Roblox Bans YouTuber Schlep Known for Exposing Child Predators on the Platform
Every account I've ever made on Roblox has been terminated, and Roblox sent a cease and desist letter to me.

Not a single Roblox predator I've gotten arrested has faced any action similar to this. I have no words. pic.twitter.com/12dc5mW29j
Dolman Law’s latest lawsuit against Roblox comes at a critical time. The platform is currently facing a lot of scrutiny from the community over banning Schlep. He is a content creator on YouTube who makes content exposing child predators on the platform with his team, known as RoCatchers. On August 11, Schlep claimed that Roblox sent him a cease and desist letter for his vigilantism.
As per the screenshots shared by the YouTuber, the legal letter acknowledged his good intentions. However, it claimed that his actions violated the platform’s safety protocols. Schlep has seen widespread support from the community. Popular YouTubers such as KreekCraft voiced their disapproval over the Roblox ban.
