Obtain a Fishing Rod: Visit the Fisherman NPC at the Docks of Frozen Village (Main World), Docks 2 of Kingdom of Rose (Second Sea), or Docks of Port Town (Third Sea). Interact with the Fisherman to unlock the Fishing Rod and receive 10x Basic Bait for free.
