Getting Blood Kiwi in Grow a Garden
Originally, the Blood Kiwi was attainable from the Blood Moon Shop for 20 million Sheckles. It was tricky for players since the shop spawned exclusively during nighttime events, and it only had a 33% chance of appearing. You could just head to the Wise Owl at the center of the map to know when the next such event was scheduled to occur. After the Blood Moon Event ended, the Blood Kiwi made another appearance during the Summer Harvest Event. Players were able to claim this pet by engaging with the activities within that event too.
Currently, there doesn’t seem to be a way to acquire the pet apart from trading. You can look for other players who own Blood Kiwi and trade with them. However, since it’s a Legendary pet, you’ll need to offer something equally valuable in return.

The trait of this particular pet is that it can sit above an egg in your garden with the highest hatch time. For instance, if you have two eggs in the garden, one with a hatch time of 1 hour and another one with a hatch time of 2 hours, the pet will sit on top of the latter. In doing so, the pet will reduce the hatch time of that egg by 45 seconds after every minute passes. Beyond that, the Blood Kiwi also improves the hatching speed of that egg by 20%. So, both of these effects will cause the egg in question to hatch much sooner, and you wouldn’t need to wait as long.
Apart from its useful traits, you should also know that the Blood Kiwi has 50,000 hunger. So, you won’t have to worry about feeding it too frequently.
