Discover how to get Julie’s outfit in Lana’s Halloween Quest of Dress To Impress. This article will guide you to get the secret outfit!
With the October 25, 2025, update, the 2024 Lana Quest is back in Dress To Impress’s Halloween Event. This time around, there is a brand new location in chapter 2 where you can unlock Nurse Julie’s outfit for free. However, the area is a secret that can be tricky to get to. This guide will explain all of the steps you need to follow to get Julie’s outfit in Dress To Impress.

Dress To Impress: Nurse Julie’s Outfit
How To Get the Nurse Outfit: Location
You can unlock Julie’s nurse outfit from Julie’s Bedroom, located in the newly added Quarantine Sector of the mental hospital in chapter 2 of Lana’s Quest. Veteran Dress To Impress players already know about the quest from 2024, but this is a brand-new section of a map on the ground floor. To get to the Quarantine Section, you must open an iron door. This requires you to find the following:
- Three red runes scattered across the two floors of the mental hospital.
- And a key to open the door.
How To Find the Runes
These are different from the six map pieces you have to find to progress to Chapter 3 of Lana’s Story. If you want to get Julie’s nurse outfit, you must first activate three runes in these three locations:
- Cafeteria on the ground floor.
- The hallway just after going upstairs
- Hallway behind the Store Room upstairs

Cafeteria Rune
Make your way to the big cafeteria room on the ground floor. You can find it near the giant metal door leading to the Quarantine Sector, which is located in a hallway left of the spawn. Enter the Cafeteria, and you can find the rune in the back left corner behind some cobwebs, as shown above. Press E or hold tap on mobile to activate.
Upstairs Rune 1
Exit the cafeteria and go left to find the stairs that lead upstairs. Go up the stairs and turn right. You will see a sofa in the corner that is not aligned with the wall. Behind it, you will find the second rune. See the photo above for reference.
Upstairs Rune 2
Afterwards, enter the upstairs area and take the first left. The hallway will turn right, and there you will find a sideways bed between two doors. The last rune is on the side of the bed towards Room 28.
Getting the Key and Unlocking the Quarantine Sector
The key will only spawn after you activate the three runes. After the third rune, you will find it on the desk upstairs near the entrance. If you just got the bed rune, retrace your steps back towards the stairs, and you will see the desk to the left. Pick up the key and make your way downstairs. Go straight after coming down and take the left towards the storage room. You will see the big iron door with three red lights up ahead. Use the key to open the door and go inside.
Picking Up Nurse Julie’s Outfit
After you enter the Quarantine Sector, you will find many new tidbits and lore about Lana and Julie. You can explore around for more, but to get Nurse Julie’s outfit, you need to go straight past the Nurse’s Station. At the end of the corridor, you will find Julie’s Room. It is hard to miss, as it is the only door that opens in this area, except for the Patient Files room.
Go inside and you will find the outfit beside the bed as shown above. You can also find more lore and a letter on the bedside table.

After joining any DTI lobby during the Halloween event, you can use the teleport button to go to the Halloween Lobby. Use the green door past the spawn area to the left to enter Lana’s 2024 quests.
