What Is Prospecting Solar Token?
Solar Token is one of the objects you need to trigger the Solar Flare global event. During this event, flare patches will appear and disappear in certain areas of the map. Digging in these flare patches significantly increases the chance of finding heavier and modified minerals.
How To Get the Solar Token
Where to buy it: The Solar Token can be purchased from the Traveling Merchant NPC, who spawns every hour at the 45th minute in various locations across the map, such as Fortune River Delta, Caldera Island, or Sunset Beach. A server-wide message announces the merchant’s spawn location.
Cost: It costs 600 Meteor Shards or 500,000,000 in-game cash.
(Note: The Traveling Merchant NPC has a limited stock of Solar Tokens. Try to obtain it as soon as possible.)
How To Use the Solar Token
You can purchase the Solar Token from the Traveling Merchant NPC. Follow these steps to use the Solar Token:
- Purchase and Equip: Buy the Solar Token from the Traveling Merchant and ensure it’s in your inventory.
- Activation Prompt: Select the Solar Token in your inventory and use it.
- Trigger Solar Flare: Confirm the use to activate a Solar Flare event on the server.
- Activation Confirmation: A yellow text reading “Solar Flare” will appear on-screen, and flare patches (yellow-highlighted areas) will spawn across the map. Prospect in these areas to find rarer minerals.
