The latest update, the Pet Mutations Event, is currently live and brings a host of new gameplay content, including new pets and plants. One of the new pets in the game is the Parasaurolophus. It is a legendary-tier pet.

Grow a Garden Parasaurolophus Guide
To get the Parasaurolophus in Grow a Garden, you have to hatch it from a Primal Egg. As it is a legendary-tier pet, it has a 34% chance of hatching from the Primal Egg. Here are three main ways to acquire a Primal Egg. Let’s check each one:
Craft a Primal Egg: Upgrade the DNA Machine to at least the third stage by giving Barry (the Raptor NPC) a total of 100 KG of Prehistoric Plants. Once unlocked, go to the crafting table near the Prehistoric Quest Stall or Blaire NPC in the central area. Craft a Primal Egg using:
- 5,500,000 Sheckles
- 1x Dinosaur Egg
- 1x Bone Blossom crop
Trade Pets with Graham: Another method of obtaining the Primal Egg is by trading a non-dinosaur pet (e.g., common pets like Labrador, Dog, or Bunny) to the DNA Machine. This has a chance to yield 1 to 4 Primal Eggs or sometimes a dinosaur pet directly.
You are recommended to trade less rare pets, as the rarer pets you give, the more chances of getting a dinosaur pet directly rather than a Primal Egg.
Buying from the In-Game Shop: The third method is the easiest but also the costliest. You can purchase Premium Primal Eggs using Robux from the Limited-Time Shop. It will cost you 149 Robux to purchase one Primal Egg.
What does the Parasaurolophus do?
The Parasaurolophus is a legendary-tier pet from the Prehistoric Event with the unique ability called Crowbar Head. Occasionally, it will go to the cosmetic crate with the highest time and reduce the time to open.
