Ice Cream is one of the foods Chris P craves frequently in the Grow a Garden Cooking Event. The Trading and Cooking Update went live on August 2, bringing two unique mechanics. While the much-requested Trading system is permanent, Chris P’s Kitchen and the cookpot are exclusive to the ongoing event. If you want to get your hands on all of the Cooking Plants and the new Gourmet Egg, you need to submit food such as Ice Cream or Burgers to Chris P. Like Grow a Garden plants, food items also have tiers, going from Uncommon to Prismatic. Naturally, you get better rewards for high-tier food.
To that end, we have compiled a guide on how to make Prismatic Ice Cream and maximize your rewards.
Grow a Garden Cooking Event Recipe: Ice Cream Guide
Prismatic is the best tier of food you can submit to Chris P during the Cooking Event in Grow a Garden. There is a bit of RNG involved when it comes to getting the Cooking Rewards. However, you can increase your chances of getting good rewards, such as the new Gourmet Seed Pack and rare plants such as the Taco Fern, by giving Chris P high-tier variants of the plants he is craving.
So, if the NPC is craving Ice Cream, the best way to get good rewards is to give him the Prismatic Ice Cream. There are currently only two verified recipes for the Prismatic Ice Cream in Grow a Garden. We will add more to the list as time goes on.
