If you’re familiar with Love Island, the popular reality TV show, then you will enjoy playing Friendship Island. The game is developed by Prince Games and was first released on June 8, 2025. Set in a tropical villa, players compete in challenges, form alliances, and aim to avoid elimination to win a grand prize. Let’s learn how to play Friendship Island.

First, launch the game. To do this, search Friendship Island by Prince Games! on Roblox. Click “Play” to join a server.

Gameplay

At the start of the game, you’ll be prompted to select a “best friend,” who will be your ally throughout the game. This is done by standing on a designated circle in the villa, and another player must voluntarily join you on the same circle to pair up.

You’ll take on tasks and challenges like Copying a Pattern, where you memorize and quickly replicate sequences of colors or actions, and the Cooking Challenge, where you follow recipes or timers to prepare dishes at cooking stations.

How To Eliminate

After each round, players vote publicly to eliminate one person (fewest votes loses), so strategize with your best friend and allies to target weak or threatening players while maintaining popularity through chat, emotes, and cosmetics.

At the end of each round, two names—those who performed the worst in challenges—appear on your screen. Click one of the two names to cast your public vote to save them.

WASD: Move.
Space: Jump.
Mouse: Look around.
Shift: Sprint or shift-lock (enable in settings).
E: Interact with objects (circles, cooking stations).
Click: Select the name for voting.
