Guess the Drawing! is a drawing and guessing-based game on Roblox. Developed by GFSFF, the game was first launched back in 2019 and still maintains a strong player base. At the time of writing, the game has over 267 million visits and boasts an active player base of over 1K.
In this multiplayer game, one player, the “artist,” is given a word or phrase and must draw it on a virtual canvas within a time limit, while other players try to guess the word by typing their answers in the chat. This article provides a guide on how to play Guess the Drawing! on Roblox.
How To Play Guess the Drawing!
First, you can join the game on a private server (up to 12 players) or a public server. Once you join, one of the players is randomly assigned to draw each round. They receive a word or phrase and must draw it on a virtual canvas within a time limit (usually 60–80 seconds).
How To Play as an Artist
If you are the artist, you will be given a set of three words to choose from. These words are usually quite generic, such as “bus,” “bike,” “tree,” and more. Once you select a word, you will be given tools such as colors and pencils to illustrate your chosen word.
Try to make your drawing clear but creative. You can’t use letters, numbers, or symbols to hint at the word.
How To Play as a Guesser
If you are assigned the role of guesser, your job is to observe the drawing in real time and guess the word by typing answers in the chat (simply press “/” in the chat to enter your answer).
Be quick, as the first correct guesser earns the most points. Guessers earn points for correct answers, with more points awarded for faster guesses. If you’re wondering whether the artist can trick you into guessing the wrong item, it shouldn’t be a problem since artists also earn points based on the number of people who guess correctly.
Note: After each round, a new player becomes the artist, and the process repeats. Rounds continue until the game ends, based on server settings or time limits.
