The categories for the Roblox Innovation Awards 2025 were announced on June 6, 2025. The award ceremony is designed to recognize the most innovative Roblox experiences of the year and highlight the developers and creators behind them. However, this year’s RIAs, as the ceremony is dubbed, have been criticized by certain key figures in the community. Including popular YouTuber and content creator KreekCraft.
KreekCraft called out the Roblox Innovation Awards 2025 for snubbing certain categories, claiming they missed out on a few important ones. His post on X about the matter has garnered significant traction, with many Roblox fans agreeing with his take.

On June 6, KreekCraft replied to a post on X that talked about the several categories included in this year’s Roblox Innovation Awards. The YouTuber was not happy with how some categories, such as the best Horror experience, the best music, and the best sound design, were missing from the list.
KreekCraft tagged Roblox and wrote:
