Anime-inspired games are trending on Roblox. JoJo Roguery is among the games inspired by anime. In particular, this game is based on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. It is a battleground and PvP arena-style game. Developed by Dropping Developments, the game was first released in August 2024. Since then, it has garnered over 311K visits and currently has over 1K active players.

One of the key game mechanics is Specials. Specials are powerful, unique moves tied to your Stand that can be activated once a specific meter is filled. Let’s learn more about them.

JoJo Roguery Specials: Complete Guide

Let’s first describe what Specials are in JoJo Roguery. Specials are universal abilities linked to your Stand, offering an additional move that boosts damage output and can protect you from opponents. To activate them, the Special bar (a green battery-like icon) needs to be full. Once full, you can use the Special. However, if it is empty, you have to wait for it to refill before activating it again.

How To Fill the Special Bar

The bar fills gradually by:

  • Striking enemies with your Stand’s abilities.
  • Landing M1 (left-click) basic punch attacks. The more you attack enemies, the faster the bar fills

  • Tiger Drop: A fast, counter-style move inspired by the Yakuza series’ Komaki Tiger Drop. Delivers a powerful punch that sends the enemy flying backward, dealing high damage.
  • Finger Cero: A beam attack inspired by Ulquiorra Cifer from Bleach. Suspends the enemy in the air, immobilizing them and preventing movement or attacks.
  • Heave Ho: A fan-suggested move credited to Discord community member @Demonyang. Charges forward with a fiery punch, pushing the enemy backward along the ground. It is useful for disrupting their positioning.
