King Legacy is one of the most played Anime-inspired games on Roblox. It recently released a brand new update (Update 9). The latest update saw quite a few gameplay features, including Fishing. Players can now catch fish in various seas to earn gold or boost item drop rates. Let’s learn more about it.

What is King Legacy Fishing?

Fishing is one of the new gameplay features in the game, where you can fish using various rods. You can also sell these fish for Cash. This was added as part of the latest Update 9.

How Fishing Works in King Legacy

Crafting a Fishing Rod:

Visit the Mystic Bookkeeper on Pirate Island in Sea 1 (west of Starter Island, near the Clown Boss NPC).
Craft a basic fishing rod using 10 Rusted Scraps (dropped by enemies) and 30 Logs (obtained by chopping trees)

Fishing Process:

Equip the fishing rod from your inventory.
Approach any body of water in the game (accessible in all three seas).
Press and hold the left mouse button (LMB) to cast the line, aiming for the green area for maximum distance.
When a fish bites (indicated by three exclamation marks), a horizontal fishing bar appears. Keep the cursor over the white bar by clicking LMB until the green slider fills to catch the fish.
Rarer fish are harder to catch, requiring more precise cursor control.

How to Sell Fish

You can sell your Fish for cash or gold in King Legacy. To sell, go to the Starter Island and find Fisher Frank NPC (opposite the Blacksmith). Sell your caught fish for gold, with payment depending on the quantity and rarity of the fish.

How to Use Fish

You can use fish for boosts:

It increases drop rates for rare items (Example: swords or other items).
Access the stats menu, go to the profile tab, select the drop boost icon, and attach fish to improve drop chances (Example: attaching a Celestafin might boost a drop rate from 0% to 0.0025%).
