A new combat-based game has launched on Roblox called Sharp. Developed by MAD STUDIOS, the game was first released in June 2025 and has since recorded over 2.1 million visits. At the time of writing, it has over 2K active players. The game focuses on player-versus-player (PvP) combat, where the objective is to defeat opponents to earn coins, test skills, and unlock abilities and perks. Let’s learn how to play Sharp on Roblox.

How To Play Roblox Sharp

Let’s first launch the game. To do this, search SHARP on Roblox. Click Play to join a server.

Objective

The main objective of the game is simple: engage in battles using your equipped weapons and abilities. The game emphasizes quick reflexes and strategy.

Gameplay of Roblox Sharp

In Roblox Sharp, you’re assigned to either the red or blue team with other players. Each round lasts 5 minutes, and you start with a knife. Your goal is to throw the knife at opponents to eliminate them and score points. The team with the highest score at the end of the round wins.

Subsequent rounds unlock better weapons like shotguns, pistols, sticky bombs, smoke bombs, and more, beyond the starting knife. Your objective is to aim at opposing players and throw or shoot your weapon in their direction to defeat them, earning points for your team (red or blue) within the 5-minute round.

If you are killed during a match, you will respawn after a few seconds with a protective bubble around you for a short duration. During this time, you are invulnerable and cannot take damage. Similarly, your opponents also respawn with the same protective bubble, making them temporarily immune to damage.

Controls

Movement:

WASD: Move (forward, left, back, right).
Spacebar: Jump.
Shift: Sprint or toggle Shift Lock (enable in Esc > Settings).
Mouse: Aim weapon, rotate camera.
Alt: Walk slowly (if supported).
I/O: Zoom in/out.

Combat:

Left Mouse Click: Throw/shoot weapon (knife, shotgun, pistol, sticky bomb, smoke bomb).
1-4: Switch weapons/powers.
Q: Activate special weapons (Smoke Bombs, etc)
