In a photo shared by the developer, the cost of the secret Brainrot Los Combinasionas was shown as “FUSION.” In a subsequent photo, Sammy clarified what that means by breaking down the mechanics of the Fuse Machine.
As per the leak:
- This machine will be local to each player.
- Players will be able to pick up brainrots from their base and bring them to the machine.
- Players can put up to 4 brainrots in the Fuse Machine.
- There will be a list of 12 possible brainrots with different rarities that players will be able to receive from the machine.

Essentially, Steal a Brainrot players can use the Fuse Machine to combine existing units from their base to create new ones. The leak also reveals that 12 new Brainrots will be obtainable from the Fuse Machine.
