The Sun God Event is a limited-time weather event in Grow a Garden where a massive golden monkey appears behind the Cosmetics Shop, bathing the map in a yellowish-orange glow. The sky turns vibrant, and the event is often accompanied by a system message from Jandel (one of the game’s creators).
How To Trigger the Sun God Event?
As mentioned earlier, this is an admin-triggered event, which means that it is manually activated by the game’s developers or administrators. The chances of this event happening randomly and without any admin intervention are quite low (less than 1%). The event lasts approximately 3 minutes, so players must act quickly.
What Does the Sun God Event Do?
The event allows players to unlock the Dawnbound Mutation, which significantly increases the value of Sunflowers. It applies a 150x multiplier to the affected fruit. This makes it one of the most valuable and profitable mutations.
You can also stack other mutations on the affected flower, meaning that in addition to the 150x multiplier (from the Dawnbound Mutation), you will also get additional value. The maximum mutation stacking multiplier is currently at 33,900x.
