All About the Cheetah in Grow a Garden
Pet Trait
The Cheetah can occasionally transform their owner into the Cheetah mode, during which players can impart the Wildfast mutation onto plants. Its pet trait is called Master of Faster, and here is how it works:
- Master of Faster: The pet will transform you briefly into a Cheetah. In this mode, you can go around your garden and harvest crops. Any crop that you harvest has a chance to gain the Wildfast Mutation. Currently, this is the only way to gain this mutation in Grow a Garden.
You may use other Pet Shards to boost this ability by giving it Pet Mutations that increase the bonus from traits.

How To Get Cheetah
The Safari Harvest event may be over, but the Smithing Event allows players to craft the Cheetah pet using a couple of ingredients. To get the Legendary-tier pet, you need the following ingredients:
- 1 Orange Tabby pet
- 2 Legendary Coals
- 8.5 million Sheckles
Follow these steps to craft the Cheetah:
- Play Grow a Garden during the Smithing Event that launched on November 15, 2025.
- Get ahold of the ingredients listed above.
- Go up to the Pet Crafting Table as shown in the photo above and choose the correct option.
- Wait for 40 minutes to finish crafting and claim the Cheetah.
