While most pets in the game boost the production of crops in some way or another, the Moth pet is one of the few that helps you take care of the other pets. Added with the Friendship update, there are only a few ways to get your hands on one of them.

Grow a Garden Moth Pet: Traits
The Moth is one of the many pets that became part of Grow a Garden during the Bizzy Bees event. However, unlike the bees and wasps, it does not pollinate crops in your garden. Instead, its sole purpose is to take care of the other pets in the garden with its Silksong ability. This trait fills the hunger bar of the pet in question. Here is a full breakdown of how it works:
- Every 13 minutes, it sings a song to another pet in your garden to fill its hunger bar.
- You can reduce the cooldown of the ability further as the pet grows older by feeding it.
- Using multiple (2) Moth pets in your garden can eliminate the need for you to feed any pet.
The hunger bar is quite an important pet mechanic in Grow a Garden. Normally, players would have to expend expensive crops to level up their pets. Using the Moth pet can be quite a boon, especially when you have a lot of active pets in your garden. Now, let us look at how you can acquire one of them.
How To Get the Moth Pet in Grow a Garden
There is only one way to get your hands on the pet, and that is by hatching an Anti Bee Egg. There is a 13.75% chance of getting a Moth pet every time you hatch one. Getting an Anti Bee Egg can be tricky. Follow these steps:
- You can buy an Anti Bee Egg from the Limited Time Shop with 149 Robux.
- You can craft an Anti Bee Egg at the Bizzy Bear crafting station. For that, you will require two ingredients:
- Bee Egg.
- 25 Honey.
- It will take two hours to craft.
You can get a Bee Egg from the Honey Shop. Follow these steps:
- Talk to the Queen Bee in the middle of the map.
- Press the ‘I want to trade Honey’ option.
- Scroll down and buy the Bee Egg with 18 Honey. If it’s not in stock, wait for a restock. The shop restocks every 30 minutes.
