Roblox Grow a Garden Crystal Beam is a new weather event in the game. Let’s learn about it and how to get it.

Grow a Garden has an array of weather events. These weather events bring special mutations to the crops. One of the new weather events added to the game is the Crystal Beam. It was introduced as part of the new Zen Event Update. During this event, a multi-colored cube appears in the sky, surrounded by eight large crystals around the island. Interacting with these crystals can apply unique mutations to your crops. Let’s learn about it.
What is the Grow a Garden Crystal Beam Event?
The Crystal Beam event spawns a multi-colored cube in the sky with eight large crystals surrounding the island. When activated, these crystals trigger effects that can apply mutations to your crops, boosting their value.
How To Get and Activate the Crystal Beam
Activating the crystals during the Crystal Beam event gives your crops a chance to gain specific mutations. To activate, visit all the crystal beams and click “E” five times. There will be eight crystals spawned around the island. So you will have to interact with these beams 40 times (clicks).
You don’t need to activate all crystals in a specific order or cycle. You can spam the interaction key on each crystal individually. If you’re on a private server and struggling to activate all crystals in time, focus on clicking as many as possible. It’s possible to activate them solo, but it requires quick movement.
What Mutations Does it Give?
The exact mutation that can be received from the Crystal Beam Weather Event is not explicitly mentioned in the game’s patch notes. However, some sources say it can give you mutations like Celestial.
Tips To Maximize Crystal Beam Event
The Crystal Beam is one of several new weather events in the Zen Update, alongside Zen Aura, Armageddon, and Radioactive Carrot. To maximize your crop’s potential during these events, focus on planting high-value and high-rarity crops such as Candy Blossom, Bone Blossom, and Maple Apple.
