Much as its name suggests, you find Blightwood in the Blightwood Swamps region in RuneScape Dragonwilds. These treacherous swamps are along the southeastern border of the Fracture Plains, directly east of the Whispering Swamps, and northeast of Bramblemead Valley.

The Blightwood Swamps are one of the harder regions in the game. Poisonous fog clogs the air in the area, with enemies using the fog as cover to run patrols and ambush those unaware. You have to constantly be on your toes to avoid enemies, and you must carry anti-poison potions and remedies to deal with the poisonous air. We recommend carrying the Bitterscape Mushroom or Grilled Mushroom to grant yourself temporary poison resistance as you navigate the area.

Stay crouched and navigate the terrain in the central area of the swamps, using trees as cover if need be. As you get closer to some of the trees, you will notice some parts of their roots to be white. These spoilt roots are the Blightwood you are looking for. Approach the roots with a bronze axe in hand and pick away to get Blightwood in RuneScape Dragonwilds.
