The first thing is to ensure that you’ve begun the Dragon Slayer mission. Accepting this mission will place a map marker in the location of where the Vault is. The Vault is in the northeastern part of the game map.
Once you reach this location, start searching for blue flames. The flames are easy to spot even in the darkness of the swamp. When you see the flames, head towards them to reach the Vault door. Interact with the door to open it and proceed inside.

What Do You Find Inside the Vault?

- 3x Vault Cores (as part of the Dragon Slayer quest)
