RV There Yet is a cooperative adventure game that tasks you with navigating the wilderness of the backcountry with a cumbersome RV and making it to the exit of Route 65. However, charting a relatively safe course through the rough terrain requires an understanding of all the game’s controls. Doing so will allow you to use the resources at your disposal effectively and have a good time along the way. Additionally, operating the RV involves a separate set of controls that differ from those you may have encountered in other games.
Can You Change Keybindings in RV There Yet?
No, you cannot remap your keys to different actions in RV There Yet, and you are limited to the default controls as of the current version. This is particularly troublesome for anyone playing using a non-English keyboard layout or a controller.

Although you can use a controller to play RV There Yet, the game lacks full support for it. As a result, some actions aren’t bound to any buttons on the controller. However, the developers have assured players that they will be introducing full controller support in a future update, which is good news for Steam Deck users as well.
While using a winch, you can press Q to throw it to create an anchor or a makeshift rope. Specific controls for devices and items like remotes and Motor Oil are displayed on-screen whenever you pick them up.

To shift gears, press Q to engage the clutch, and then select the desired gear using your mouse. To reverse, put the RV in reverse gear after holding Q, and press W. You can still smoke a cigarette with 1, 2, and 3 while driving. Be sure to put your RV in park mode with P; otherwise, it may roll away on an inclined surface. Once parked, switch off the engine with R to avoid engine damage.
