The Reaper’s Hideout is the main base of operations of the Reaper’s Bones faction in Sea of Thieves. Here’s how you can reach it.
The Reaper’s Bones is one of the six trading companies that you can represent in Sea of Thieves. This mysterious faction belongs to Captain Flameheart, the mightiest Ashen Skeleton Lord. His hideout is deep under an island known as the Reaper’s Hideout.
If you choose to work for the Reaper’s Bones, you can cash out treasure only on this island in the entire game. Here’s everything you must know about the Reaper’s Hideout in Sea of Thieves.

Reaper’s Hideout Location in Sea of Thieves
The Reaper’s Hideout is a medium-sized island located in the Wilds region of Sea of Thieves. The exact coordinates of the island are I-12, and there are two smaller land masses near the hideout. Initially, the island was named Killer Whale Reed or Uncharted Reef when the Reaper’s Bone faction had not yet been introduced.
Moreover, the main island has a large red tent, with one single entrance. Inside the tent, you can find the Servant of the Flame, the son of Captain Flameheart. Moreover, if you sail under the Reaper’s flag, you can sell your loot to the Servant of the Flame NPC for gold and faction reputation.
Reaper’s Hideout Secret Lair
The Reaper’s Lair is a secret underground hideout under the Reaper’s Hideout tent. Additionally, to gain access to this area, you have to reach Level 100 in the Servants of the Flame faction. You can raise your Level by sailing under the Reaper’s Bone and winning the Hourglass of Fate matchups. Moreover, the Hourglass of Fate allows you to start on-demand PvP matchups in an enclosed circle.
Once you reach Level 100, talk to the NPC at the Reaper’s Hideout. He gives you a song that you need to play on the altar in the middle of the tent. Doing so activates the lift that takes you underground. The Reaper’s Lair is where most of the Reaper’s faction content is locked, and you can buy skins, decorations, or even turn yourself into a skeleton by pledging allegiance to Flameheart.
