Many bosses in Silent Hill F represent Hinako’s fears and the Japanese folklore. From fighting her parents to fighting a folklore monster, Hinako does it all. In Chapter 13, Hinako encounters Shichibi if you want to get the Fox Wets Its Tail ending. In order to get this ending, you should not use the Red Capsule to heal, and you have to acquire the Unpurified Sacred Sword. This is an alternate final boss for this ending, and with the help of this article, we will explain how you can defeat Shichibi in Silent Hill F.

How To Defeat Shichibi in Silent Hill F
Shichibi can be fought at the Dark Shrine Final Path during Chapter 13. This boss has a faster moveset, and you need precise movement control to dodge its attacks. During this fight, the boss summons many weaker enemies to overwhelm Hinako, and this can lead to undesired consequences if you are not focused. This boss has only one phase, but its moveset changes during the fight.
Shichibi Moveset in Silent Hill F
- Tendril Attack: The boss uses its tail to summon tendrils at different locations. Watch out for shining pools during the fight.
- Three Hit Combo: Shichibi does a three-hit combo, ending the attack with its tail. You can counter the last hit.
- Leap Attack: The boss jumps backwards while using its claw to attack Hinako.
- Summons: Shichibi comes back to its mask form and summons several enemies.
