Learn how to get and use the Cracked Hibachi Brazier in Silent Hill F to complete the Sacred Sword ritual.
In Silent Hill F, certain storylines and endings are locked behind special offerings. One of these offerings is the Cracked Hibachi Brazier, linked with the Fire element. You can think of it as a symbolic vessel; once used for warmth, now damaged and repurposed as part of the Sacred Sword ritual.
This brazier is one of five items you must gather if you want access to the Sacred Sword and the extended set of endings tied to it. Since the item only becomes available during a second run, you cannot obtain it on your first playthrough.

How To Get Cracked Hibachi Brazier in Silent Hill F
You will only encounter the brazier during a New Game Plus run. Once you are in Chapter 8, your focus should be on reaching Shu’s house. After escaping the fog creature in the mountain path, you will arrive at the Hokora shrine. From here, continue climbing the western steps and progress through the area until you reach the surroundings of Shu’s property.
Pay attention to landmarks because the Fire element Jizo statue comes into play first. This statue is tucked along a side path with a closed wooden fence as its backdrop. Once you have noted the statue’s location, move on to Shu’s house.
Instead of heading straight through the front, check the back. His workshop or shed is the key spot. Walk around it and look near the rear wall where discarded items are piled up. Among these, you will notice the cracked brazier; its damage makes it stand out from other objects.
Do not advance past this stage before picking it up. Entering the Shimizu Residence closes off your chance to claim it during that run. The game allows a fair margin of time here, but if you forget, you will have to start another New Game Plus attempt to collect it.

How To Use Cracked Hibachi Brazier in Silent Hill F
Once you have it, return to the Fire element Jizo statue you observed earlier. Interact with the statue and place the brazier as an offering. The statue reacts with a psychic flash and confirms the acceptance. From then on, that statue becomes inactive, and your journal marks the Fire element as complete.
