How To Get the Dirty Drawstring Bag in Silent Hill F
You will find the Dirty Drawstring bag in Chapter 9, Dark Shrine Main Hall, which places it deep into the otherworld sequence. To reach it, clear the Second Ritual in the Dark Shrine. Doing so grants you the Bestial Form ability, an upgrade that lets you face the stronger creatures that appear afterward.
The bag itself is hidden away after you deal with several enemies. Once the area is safe, you will notice two staircases. Choose the one that leads upward. On the second floor, broken sections of the floor force you to carefully move around gaps. At the end of this path sits a chest of drawers, and the bag rests right on top of it.
Remember, you cannot return once you leave this area. If you walk away without it, the chance disappears until another playthrough.
