How To Get the Faded Bride Doll in Silent Hill F
You only have access to the Faded Bride Doll once you have cleared the game at least once. In your second run, new areas become available, and one of those spaces hides this item.
Start in Ebisugaoka. Look for a house that was locked during your first attempt. This house sits east of a Hokora Shrine, across from the Shimizu Residence. Step inside, and the first thing you should do is check the living room table. A Research Journal Photo rests there, setting the stage for the Sacred Sword puzzle.
Next, head upstairs. The first bedroom you enter has a box at the base of a bookshelf. Search carefully, and you will discover the Balcony Key. This key lets you pass through the locked bedroom through the balcony.
Inside the new room, check the desk. There are three things waiting: a boy’s diary, the Treasure Hunting Game Key, and some packing notes that expand your storage. The Treasure Hunting Key is the important one for this task.
Now return to the lower floor. Go into the kitchen, and from there into the pantry. At the back is a counter with a wooden chest. Open it using the Treasure Hunting Key. Inside rests the Faded Bride Doll. Once you pick it up, the game records it as a key item.

How To Use Faded Bride Doll
The Faded Bride doll is used as an offering at the first Jizo statue. You can find this statue near the red mail post when walking down from the Shimizu Residence. It is half-hidden behind a bush close to the first house on the slope. Approach it and interact. The game takes the doll automatically and marks the step as complete in Hinako’s journal.
This action triggers a bell sound, confirming that the Sacred Sword quest is now in progress. From here, you will need to continue with further offerings at other statues. Missing the doll means locking yourself out of endings like Fox’s Wedding or Fox Wets Its Tail. For that reason, make sure you claim it early in your New Game Plus run.
