The School Bag is one of the six items that help expand your inventory in Silent Hill F. This one particularly takes your inventory size up to nine from eight. You will find the bag in Ebisugaoka Middle School, tucked inside Suga Yosie’s locker. Do note that you will only be there once in your playthrough. How To Get the School Bag in Silent Hill F
You will step into the school during Chapter 6. At this point, your focus is to reach the locker room. First, get the Second Floor Key. To do this, you will need to go through a classroom, climb out a window into the garden, and deal with a knife-wielding enemy wandering among the blue flowers. The key is sitting on the ground in that area.
Once you are upstairs, face the Secret Box puzzle. It’s a three-stage challenge where you need to pick specific icons in the right order: first fruit, then books, then cherry blossoms. Solve it, and you will get the Old Annex Main Gate Key to reach the annex area.
Inside the annex, check Ayumi’s desk for the Locker Room Key. Here, you will also spot cipher notes that explain how the Girl Code system works. It’s basically a way of turning letters into numbers. Think of it as a puzzle built around visual resemblance. A looks like 4, S looks like 5, O looks like 0, and so on. These notes are the clue to the locker combinations.
With the key in hand, head back to the girls’ locker room on the ground floor. Suga Yosie’s locker is the third one in the row. The hint for her code is ‘a cry for help.’ That translates to SOS, which becomes 505 when you apply the cipher. Enter the code, and the locker pops open to reveal the School Bag.

How To Use the School Bag in Silent Hill F
Once you get the School Bag, your inventory expands by one slot. It feels small at first, but it makes life easier right away. You can carry an extra healing item, a weapon, or another puzzle object without shuffling things around.
For trophy hunters, this item also counts toward the Fervent Collector achievement, which asks you to find all six inventory upgrades. In New Game Plus, the School Bag won’t be in Suga’s locker anymore; it’ll be replaced with Shriveled Abura-age. Instead, you will find the bag in new locations later on.
