Into the Storm is a mission from Chapter 5 (Rise of the Dragon Realm) in Split Fiction, which continues right after the Might of Dragons mission.
Chasing Megalith through lava, narrow valleys, and whatnot ultimately leads to a giant temple. This is where the Into the Storm mission starts. Mio and Zoe were successful in cornering the big antagonist, and all that is left is to defeat it, but something unexpected happened during this mission.
In this Split Fiction walkthrough, players are going to learn how to complete the Into the Storm mission of Chapter 5 (Rise of the Dragons).
When Does Into the Storm Mission Start?
This mission starts just after completing the Might of Dragons mission. During this mission, Zoe and Mio get swords from a melted gold pool. Moreover, their dragons get bigger and can fly now. The duo traverses through narrow pathways while destroying obstacles. Eventually, they encounter Megalith and chase it while dodging lasers, collapsing pillars, and other things. After a while, all three of them reach the checkpoint of the Into the Storm mission.
Into the Storm Walkthrough
As both girls reach the temple, a cutscene starts that is the trigger of the Into the Storm mission. During the cutscene, Megalith reaches a temple with a giant magical orb and goes underground. Moreover, he attacks from below, and this action leads to the separation of Mio and Zoe from their dragons. The cutscene ends, and now both characters have to run through the collapsing world around them.
The traversal would have been easier only if Megalith was not trying to destroy every block. Mio and Zoe have to jump and zip carefully across the platforms because one mistake can be fatal. After going for a while, Mio points out that the platform ahead is a dead end, and this might be the end of the story. This is where the Into the Storm mission of Chapter 5 Rise of the Dragon ends.
