Completing all of these optional quests is a good idea, since they’ll give you various valuable rewards, such as Vitcoin, XP, and more. One of the NPCs you will encounter is a woman named Roxanne. She has a weird sense of humor but is a valuable character in the game, as she sells Eve outfits and other items.
However, depending on how far you’ve progressed in the game, she might have a request for you. Accepting her request triggers a quest dubbed An Offer You Can’t Refuse. In this article, we will dive into how you can begin the An Offer You Can’t Refuse quest in Stellar Blade and what you need to complete it.
How To Start An Offer You Can’t Refuse Quest in Stellar Blade
Even though you’ll meet Roxanne early on, the quest won’t be available until you clear the underground section of the Matrix 11 region as part of the main story. So, you’ll need to defeat the boss and unlock the Great Desert area before you can get this quest. Once you are at this point in the game, speak with Roxanne to trigger the quest. She’ll fill you in about the Guard Turret, the one that’s deactivated and sits right next to her.
She’ll ask you to find an active turret in the Great Desert region and bring her some of its tech so she can complete the activation process for her own Guard Turret.

How To Complete An Offer You Can’t Refuse Quest in Stellar Blade
After reaching the Great Desert region, open up your map and activate this side quest to get the related marker. The turret sits in the far northwestern area of the map. So, get ready to make a long journey to that section, avoiding as many of the enemies in the area as you can. When you near the turret and go past the fallen statues and debris, it will start firing on you. The turret does massive damage and can effectively kill Eve in just a hit or two. The following tips should come in handy when you’re trying to avoid getting hit:
- The turret will need to reload from time to time. Wait for an orange flash, which signals that the turret is reloading. This is the perfect time to move safely.
- You will spot a scrap pile nearby. Head toward it and run around from its left side. Your destination is toward the cliffs. Make sure you dive to avoid any shots that the turret fires in the meantime.
- Find a spot underneath the turret that’s also out of its range. Then, fire three Stinger Missiles to effectively destroy and deactivate it.
Collect the parts from the destroyed turret that Roxanne wants, and then immediately return to her. This will effectively end the quest, and you will receive the following rewards:
- Highly Concentrated Potion
- Body Core
- Lingering Potion
