In this guide, we’ll explore how you can start and then complete the Find the Cat request in Stellar Blade.
As you play through the main story of Stellar Blade, you’ll also come across a variety of characters who’ll request your aid. These are opportunities to complete optional quests that give you plenty of XP, Gold, Vitcoin, and more. After you’ve defeated the Tachy boss in Xion, you’ll also unlock the Bulletin Board, where you’ll find plenty more requests.
One of these is the Find the Cat request. As the name suggests, the primary goal of the Find the Cat request in Stellar Blade is to locate a lost cat, described to be ‘as black as the night.’ In the following guide, we’ll explore how you complete this request and what rewards you get after completion.
How To Complete Find the Cat Request in Stellar Blade
After accepting the quest from the Bulletin Board in Xion, you’ll need to reach Barry’s fish shop. However, when you reach this location, don’t enter the shop. Instead, look at the sidewalk right next to the store. There, you’ll find a black cat lying on the ground. As you approach and investigate, Eve will remark that the cat is indeed the one that belongs to the contract issuer. However, it has passed. Eve does not specify how it died, which makes it seem as if the animal died from some unknown sickness.
You will then get the option to return to the Bulletin Board immediately to report your findings. Select yes, and you’ll teleport back to the Bulletin Board. Interact with the board and then turn in the ‘Find the Cat’ request findings to end the quest.

Find the Cat Request in Stellar Blade Reward
Once you turn in your findings that the black cat is unfortunately dead, you will still be able to claim the reward. The request completion will give you 1000x Gold as a reward.
