In Stellar Blade, you will primarily tackle story quests, but after reaching Xion, you’ll also unlock the Bulletin Board and several side missions alongside it. Completing this side quest is a great way to earn some Vitcoin and gold.
One of these quests is dubbed “The Wife’s Medicine,” and you will find it while perusing the Xion Bulletin Board. In this guide, we’ll explore how you can begin the Wife’s Medicine side quest in Stellar Blade and what you need to do to complete it.
How To Start the Wife’s Medicine Side Quest in Stellar Blade
To begin the quest, you’ll first need to progress far enough into the main story to unlock the Matrix 11 area. Another precursor to this particular quest appearing on the Bulletin Board is that you need to complete the Wisdom Puzzle side quest beforehand. Once you meet both of these conditions, check the Xion Bulletin Board and accept the Wife’s Medicine quest from there.
It’s a quest posted by a distressed husband whose wife is suffering from Sand Disease. You will need to find a cure for her from deep within the Matrix 11 area tunnels. To do that, you will first need to use a fast travel phone to reach the Atless Levoire Entrance. Next, speak with Adam to get to the Matrix 11 entrance.

Completing the Wife’s Medicine Side Quest in Stellar Blade
If this is your first time in the Matrix 11 area, you can simply follow the linear path along the tunnels to reach the settlement area where you’ll find the necessary medicine. Along the way, you will need to flood the sewers. Then, you will come face-to-face with a tough enemy called The Stalker. Make sure to time your parries and dodges correctly to get through the fight. Also, stay out of its reach when it’s about to launch a red glowing attack.
After this fight, you will have to take an elevator up and follow the path to reach the settlement area. You can spot the medicine on top of a display unit just beside the yellow ladder. Grab it and then return to the Bulletin Board to complete the quest.
The quest is much shorter if you’ve already been to Matrix 11 first on account of the main story. If that’s the case, you can directly use the fast travel point in the area to reach the Temporary Armory Entrance hideout. It’s a short elevator ride up to the settlement area where the medicine is from this point.
