Stellar Blade puts players in the shoes of the 7th Airborne Squad member, EVE, in a post-apocalyptic world. The hack ‘n’ slash action RPG by developer Shift Up takes place in a setting where humans abandon Earth to seek refuge in space. The desolate wasteland of Stellar Blade has little to no human life left.
In Stellar Blade, the Earth was once a hub of progress and development, but after an alien invasion by Naytiba, humanity fled to space. In the end, the planet became a mere shadow of its former self, overrun by aliens. This is where the protagonist of Stellar Blade, EVE, steps in as part of a defense squad to reclaim Earth from its alien invaders.
What Is Lily’s Affinity?
Stellar Blade features a lot of hidden mechanics to manage, and one of them is Lily’s Affinity. You will meet an NPC called Lily Artemis II at the final zone of Eidos 7. She will join your party once you defeat Gigas. It is then that you will start noticing a progress bar on the top right side of your screen after completing certain missions or picking up collectables. This is Lily’s Affinity, it is an important mechanic, but the game does not explain how it works.
Increase Lily’s Affinity in Stellar Blade
Players should always aim to maximize this progress bar. It is not only connected to Lily but also unlocks the true ending of the game. The most common ways to raise your affinity with Lily are by playing through main missions, completing side quests, and finding collectables.
Playing through the main story of Stellar Blade will increase EVE’s affinity with Lily. The main missions might give a huge boost to the progress bar, but not all of them will increase it. Also, look for side quests with other Angels if you are aiming to raise your affinity with Lily.
Lastly, try looking for as many collectables as you can. Finding Memory Sticks, Documents, and Cans also gives a slight increase to your affinity.
