Repair the Red Windmill in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar
Repairing the Red Windmill is one of the first activities you should complete on Day 6 of your playthrough. On the 6th of Spring, Issac knocks on your door and asks for windmill repair items. At this point in the game, you have all the necessary tools to gather what Issac needs. Here are the required items:
- 10x Wood
- 10x Stone
You can chop down trees and logs for wood and break rocks using the hatchet for stone. Once you have the necessary items, talk to Issac and unlock the Red Windmill. Interact with the windmill to explore all the recipes for various items, including improved tools. The Red Windmill contains upgrade recipes up to Silver quality.

Unlock the Blue Windmill in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar
To unlock the Blue Windmill, you have to reach Bazaar Rank 3 and complete the “Seen Anything Lying Around’ request from Issac. It is a simple lost and found mission, and the item you are looking for is on one of the benches in the lower left corner of the Bazaar.
Once you hand over the item, you unlock the Blue Windmill, which allows you to upgrade your tools to Gold quality.
