Synduality Echo of Ada is just a few weeks away from its official release date. And with the game’s release inching ever closer, publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment has finally revealed a ton of details regarding Synduality. While the game is built on the foundations of classic Gundam or Armored Core titles, Synduality offers a wholly different experience.

Instead of being a single-player story-driven action game with PvP elements, Synduality Echo of Ada is a PvPvE extraction shooter, with some looter-shooter elements. Although the game does have a single-player story, its primary focus is on the multiplayer aspects as well as the extensive mech customization systems.

Furthermore, much like Bandai Namco’s most recent title, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, Synduality is built using Unreal Engine 5. Although UE5 does offer Synduality some genuinely stellar visuals, it comes at the cost of significantly higher system requirements compared to most mech games out there. Here’s a look at Synduality Echo of Ada’s official PC system requirements.

Synduality Echo of Ada PC System Requirements

Synduality Echo of Ada, much like any other Unreal Engine 5 game, is highly VRAM-dependent. In fact, the minimum GPU requirement for Synduality is an RTX 2070 equivalent, with 8 GB VRAM. As for the recommended specifications, that’s an RTX 3060ti equivalent, paired with Ryzen 7 5800X. Furthermore, the recommended specifications are only for 1080p at 60fps.

If you want to play at 1440p or higher, you will need to use either upscalers or a better GPU than RTX 3060Ti, with more VRAM. Thankfully, Synduality’s CPU requirements aren’t nearly as egregious as VRAM. It should work perfectly fine as long as you have a current-gen CPU.

That said, here are the minimum and recommended system requirements for Synduality Echo of Ada:

According to the official PC system requirements, Synduality Echo of Ada will require roughly 60 GB of storage on your PC or console. This shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone considering most Unreal Engine 5 games usually surpass 50 GB, in terms of file size. It should be noted that Bandai Namco Entertainment and developer Game Studio Inc. highly recommend installing the game on an SSD, instead of an HDD.

Unreal Engine 5 benefits a ton from SSDs, especially when it comes to texture streaming and loading of assets. Furthermore, given the multiplayer nature of the game, an SSD helps during the loading.
