• The Beekeeper Merchant: You’ll find this particular merchant near the westernmost bridge of the river that cuts across the Horns of the South region. You can buy Mandrake from this person as long as he’s still alive and not hostile towards you.
• You’ll run into an NPC named Jann while playing through Act 1 of the game. He has a quest for you, but is also a merchant selling a variety of items. One of these items is usually Mandrake.

How To Use Mandrake in Tainted Grail the Fall of Avalon

Early on in the game, you’ll need to make an offering to All-Mother’s Shrine. For this offering, you’ll need to collect three ingredients – Mandrake, Raspberries and Rosemary. Completing the offering will help you acquire a special amulet from the shrine.

This consumable amulet can revive you if you fall in battle, but breaks in the process. However, make sure not to use it right now. You’ll need a couple more amulets of a similar nature to unlock a temple puzzle in the later parts of the game.
