To get this spell, you must be in the Horns of the South region. There, look for an NPC named Broc Meala. Speak with him to start the Confrontation Looks Like Hope quest. Once the quest begins, go south, fight off a swarm of bees, and then meet with the Queen Bee. She explains that Broc betrayed her and that she wants you to kill him.
Return to Broc and initiate a fight with him. After killing him, report back to the Queen Bee. She will reward you with the Ghost of Broc Meala spell.
