Talk to Keeper Temur
You can start the quest by talking to Keeper Temur at the Horns of the South Fortress. He wears distinct paint around his eyes, making him easy to identify. During the conversation, Temur expresses his interest in a pie his mother used to make. Choose the dialogue option related to the recipe to initiate the side quest. You will also unlock a new recipe called Mom’s Pie, which heals 18 health over 10 seconds.
Cook Mom’s Pie
Interact with a cooking pot or a bonfire to start cooking. Scroll down the recipe list to find Mom’s Pie. However, you will need egg (1), flour (1), and blueberry (1) to make the recipe. If you’re short on ingredients, you can purchase them at the nearby shop by talking to Ruairc. Once you obtain the required ingredients, head to the cooking pot or a bonfire. Choose the Mom’s Pie recipe and hit the craft option to prepare the pie.
Give the Pie to Keeper Temur
Once you have made the Mom’s Pie, return to Keeper Temur. Interact with the keeper to give him the pie. It triggers a conversation about Keeper Temur’s childhood and his relationship with his mom. The Mom’s Finest Pie side quest ends once the conversation finishes.
