How To Complete The Abyss Beckons Side Quest in Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon

Talk to Qurban To Start the Quest

You can begin The Abyss Beckons side quest by talking to Qurban in Cuanacht near the Shrine of Croakmaw. You will find the knight Qurban inside the Pit, guarding a hole that he refers to as the Abyss. He explains that he is on a sacred mission to prevent the Abyss from destroying Avalon by sacrificing countless lives. He wants you to be his apprentice and continue his mission.

If you choose to accept, he will throw himself into the Abyss, entrusting you with his belongings and his duty. Alternatively, you can choose to kill the knight by denying his beliefs.

Enter the Ghost Realm

After Qurban is gone, jump down into the pit inside the cave. You will find a pile of bodies along with strange entities down there. Defeat the Wyrdspirits and continue along the path to locate a mysterious portal. Approach the portal to get teleported to a ghost realm.

Destroy the Fae Relic

The ghost realm is infested with Faes and Wyrdspirits. Follow the path and defeat the Wyrdspirits to enter a strange barrier. The barrier lifts you to a platform above. Upon reaching it, you will find more Faes. Fight your way through by defeating the Faes until you reach a peculiar statue. On the other end, you will find the Fae Relic. Attack the relic to destroy it, which takes you back to the normal world. This also concludes The Abyss Beckons side quest.
