How To Complete The One Percent Side Quest in Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon

Speak with Alisa at Ron’s Tavern

To initiate The One Percent quest, find Alisa at Ron’s Tavern, which is located in the Village, southwest of the map. Speak to Alisa inside Ron’s Tavern. During the conversation, she mentions that her husband, Duncan, is a famous cloth Merchant from Kamelot and they have come here to do business with Lightkeepers.

She also adds that she is interested in staying at Seaside Mansion for a while. However, the abandoned estate overlooking the sea has some unwanted guests, and Alisa wants you to get rid of them. 

Clear Out the Bandits in the Seaside Mansion 

After the conversation, head to the Seaside Mansion in the north by following the border of the beach. Upon reaching there, you will find a group of bandits using the mansion as their hideout. You will encounter enemies like Deranged Infantryman, Deranged Archer, and Disgraced Knight in the area. Enter the Seaside Mansion and eliminate all bandits to secure the manor.

Return and Report to Alisa

Once the mansion is cleared, head back to Alisa at Ron’s Tavern, where she will be with her husband, Duncan. Interact with Alisa to report about the errand and mention that the mansion is safe to stay in. After a long conversation, the One Percent quest concludes. Apart from the XP and Coins rewards, the quest also unlocks the path to romance Alisa.
