One of the items you don’t just find lying around is Flour. However, it’s an important ingredient in many of the dishes you have to prepare. In the following guide, we will explain how you can get your hands on Flour in Tales of the Shire.
How To Get Flour in Tales of the Shire
You won’t be able to produce Flour by any means. So, you can’t just grow wheat and then get Flour that way. Instead, you’ll have to buy this ingredient whenever you want to use it. Unfortunately, even if you scour all of the shops at the Bywater square, you won’t find a merchant that sells it. This could leave you scratching your head in confusion. The key is to head to Sandyman’s shop for the ingredient, and this location isn’t in the village square.
To reach this shop, simply go northwest from The Green Dragon and the village square. Follow the path in that direction, and you should eventually find a single hut with Sandyman sitting at the counter in the front. If you don’t see him at the counter, simply ring the bell to summon him. Thankfully, even though he’s situated in a remote location, his shop stays open at all hours, even in the middle of the night. So, regardless of when you require the Flour, you can easily get it from him without delay.

How Much Does Flour in Tales of the Shire Cost?
You can buy a bag of flour for 30 gold. While a single recipe doesn’t usually require you to use more than a bag, we’ll still recommend that you buy the item in bulk.
