You get flower seeds in Tales of the Shire by completing side quests or purchasing them from Rosie Cotton in the Village Square. The former is one way to get it, but purchasing is a more consistent way to get flowers in the game. Follow the steps below to buy the flower seeds:
- Walk up to Rosie Cotton in the Village Square. She’s the lady with the braids and blonde hair. There are tons of flowers by her stall.
- Talk to her and you’ll be shown dialog options.
- Select the “What have you got for sale?” option.
- She will show you her inventory with tons of seeds. Scroll through the inventory and select the seeds you wish to purchase. Press the “Buy” button shown in the bottom left corner of your screen to purchase the seed. Take note that all the different flower seeds come at different prices. Some are more expensive than others, depending on the rarity of the flower. Keep this in mind when going for a purchase.
