When you host a shared meal in Tales of the Shire and serve your guests the food they prefer, you’ll unlock newer relationship levels with them. So, it’s absolutely essential to host as many of these meals as possible and strengthen your bonds.
At first, you’ll host these meals in your home. However, your home can host only so many guests together. Soon, you’ll begin unlocking additional locations to host the shared meals. The Three-Farthing Stone location is one of the shared meal places that you’ll need to eventually unlock to host more guests simultaneously. How To Access Three-Farthing Stone in Tales of the Shire
The Three-Farthing Stone location is first mentioned during The Bywater Village campaign mission. This is the quest where you’ll have to share a meal with four guests at once, namely, Sandyman, Nora Burrows, Willow Took, and Tom Cotton. However, you don’t actually have to wait until that quest to access this specific location. Instead, it’s available from the very beginning of the game. So, if you know where the Three-Farthing Stone location is, you can simply head there and unlock it at any time.
To find the location, simply head northeast from your shire home. Follow the map directions in the picture above. Once you’re at the said location, you’ll find some blue sparkles around the spot. Walk up to those sparkles and interact with them. This will unlock the shared meal location and make it available for all future meals you plan in the game.
Why Do You Need To Unlock Three-Farthing Stone in Tales of the Shire?
You will need to host more guests together during shared meals as the game progresses. Initially, you can host up to two guests together in your shire home. However, soon you might need to host three or even four guests at once. That’s why you have to unlock additional shared meal locations.
The Three-Farthing Stone location can host up to four guests during the meals. That’s the highest number of guests that you can host together in the game. Only two other locations, the Ivy Bush Inn and the Green Dragon, can host as many guests.
