Kai Cenat lashed out at a fan for comparing him to a “rat” after taking a questionable screenshot from one of his streams.
Twitch streamer Kai Cenat comically lashed out at a viewer for trolling him. For context, while reacting to his official subreddit – r/TheKM – the streamer stumbled upon a post where a fan compared him to a rat. The post was a screenshot from one of Kai’s streams with rapper and singer Ice Spice. The screenshot had a rather questionable angle, with Cenat’s teeth appearing to protrude outwards. The post read:
“Proof that Kai is actually a RAT.”
Reacting to this, Cenat quickly lashed out, condemning viewers for believing in the picture. According to the streamer, the picture was photoshopped. He exclaimed:
“‘Kai might actually be a rat.’ You can obviously see how photoshop this sh*t is. Like, come on. You gonna put the teeth on top of the lips? Facts or not, chat? That’s not real. I could probably say it with all my soul – this is not real.”
The streamer then found a link to this exact moment from Cenat’s stream. After taking a closer look, he realized that his teeth were indeed sticking out, giving the photo a hilariously exaggerated appearance. Reacting to it, a dumbfounded Cenat quickly closed the clip. Fans Troll Kai Cenat Over His Expression
The W/L community is well-known for targeting individuals with trolls and pranks, and Kai Cenat became the latest victim of it. During his stream, he discovered that one of his fans had compared him to a literal rat.
Despite Kai Cenat lashing out at the viewers, it didn’t stop fans from continuing to troll him. After his reaction was shared on X, one fan humorously took multiple screenshots from his stream, where he was dancing and making an animated expression, further fueling the jokes. One user wrote:

Another fan took a screenshot from the original post, zooming in on Cenat’s face for a closer look. It’s possible that the entire thing was photoshopped to exaggerate the effect, adding to the trolling:

Despite the trolls and jabs, it’s all in good fun, as the W/L community is known for their lighthearted teasing. Kai’s frustration, though, is something fans have become accustomed to during his streams, making his reactions just another part of the entertainment.
