All New Seasonal Modifiers in The Division 2 Year 7 Season 2
Global Modifier

At first, we have global modifiers that are basically special rules implemented during global events. Since the new endgame activity, Retaliation, highly focuses on territory control, the modifiers for this are named Divide and Conquer. Here’s how they work in the game:
- +X% rate of fire and +Y% damage for each named zone under complete SHD control, up to a maximum of 30% ROF and +30% weapon damage.
- +X% rate of fire for each named zone that is contested, and this can go up to 30%.
Active Modifiers

The new season introduced a bunch of active modifiers. You can upgrade these modifiers by completing the Retaliation activity. Each faction has its own active modifiers, and here’s the list of all active modifiers:
Advanced Material (True Sons)
- Your weapon gets a damage boost when fighting against normal enemies. Moreover, against named enemies, get a 1.5x boost. Get extra skill tiers for your skills.
- Signature weapons receive a rate of fire and reload speed boost. During this effect, the weapon refills the full magazine when reloading.
- Adds three seconds to modifiers when an elimination is done by a signature weapon.
- At level 5, whenever the ability is active, specialization skills get overcharged.
Spiced Up (Hyenas)
- Your armor gets stripped, and you cannot repair the armor. Moreover, you cannot aim down sights.
- However, each kill restores some health, and you also get a damage bonus. Along with this effect, you also get boosts related to health, movement speed, and reload speed.
- At level 5, press the input button to restore armor in respect of your current health.
Zealot (Outcasts)
- You get 15 Zealot stacks upon activation. These stacks give weapon damage boosts and damage reduction. After every 10 seconds, these stacks will start decaying, but eliminating enemies can restore them.
- After reaching 0 stacks, an EMP blast will occur at your location, leaving you at 1 HP. However, you can restore your health and armor by killing enemies.
- After upgrading to level 5, the EMP explosion’s damage increases by +2% for each stack consumed.
Sanitation (Cleaners)
- You can set enemies on fire upon activation. Moreover, each burning enemy provides a stack, which grants extra damage to burning enemies.
- When you have 2+ stacks, you recover armor every second.
- At 3+ stacks, critical hit applies burn to enemies.
- When upgraded to level 3, after killing a burning enemy, 3 extra seconds are added to the duration.
Say Cheese (Rikers)
- This modifier blinds enemies in a conical area. Moreover, if you are holding a shield, the range and duration of blindness increase.
- Reduce the cooldown by killing blinded enemies.
- At level 3, after killing enemies with a shield, get a cooldown reduction of 1s.
