The first method is to drive a car into the boss. You need to create some distance to gain enough speed to kill him. If you are not fast enough, you will deal little to no damage and start losing HP when close to him.
The other method is to use weapons. This is much riskier, and acquiring weapons in new areas can be tricky. Make sure you maintain some distance when shooting the boss, as getting too close will start draining your HP. If you run out of ammo or don’t have enough damage, you should get back to your car immediately.
