Here is a walkthrough on how to complete the Wings and Fangs quest in Titan Quest 2 by eliminating the Ichthian forces.
Titan Quest 2, the sequel to the acclaimed action RPG, has launched in early access for PC. It brings a host of new content, quests, and enemies. As you explore the different regions, you will encounter various World Quests, aka side quests, that delve into the lives and troubles of the people you meet. Wings and Fangs is one of the World quests available in the early access version.
Similar to the Headhunt quest, the Wings and Fangs also revolve around eliminating the Ichthian army invasion. In the Wings and Fangs Quest, you will help a night watchman find and eliminate the cause behind the Minyades’ sudden aggression. This guide explains how you can complete the Wings and Fangs quest step by step in Titan Quest 2.

Talk With Otus
You can begin the Wings and Fangs quest by talking to Otus, a night watchman, in the Northwestern section of Pyrgos city. During the conversation, he will inform that Minyades, a giant bat race, has been attacking humans suddenly near the northern road. He also suspects that something has caused the bats to panic and agitate. You will be tasked with finding the source that triggered the strange behavior of these giant bats.
Finding the Source of Minyades’ Agitation
After the conversation, use the elevator at the northeast and head to the Wilderness. Continue forward to reach the Southern Flooded Farmlands. Once you arrive at the rock pillar formation, you will find a ladder on the left side. Climb to the top using the ladder and head east to enter the Shrieking Ruins. As you progress deeper, you will come across a courtyard, where several Ichthian Guardians are making a huge noise, which turns out to be the root of sudden Minyades’ attacks.
Kill the Noisy Ichthians
Enter the courtyard and kill the Ichthian Guardians. While you fight the Ichthian Guardians, angry Minyades will also attack your character. Avoid killing the Minyades and focus on the Ichthian Guardians instead. Once the noise-making Ichthians are defeated, talk to the Minyade leader. The leader will apologize for attacking Otus and offer a shiny stone as a form of friendship, along with some gold as a reward. Now, return to the Pyrgos village and explain everything to Otus. Giving him the shiny stone concludes the quest and rewards you with XP and Gold.
