Titan Quest 2 follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, offering exciting RPG experiences. You can pick your Masteries freely and begin playing a character that dominates the battlefield. However, it’s true that the game would be far more enjoyable if played with friends in a co-op session.
Unfortunately, in its current state, the game doesn’t have a co-op mode. So, you won’t be able to join your buddies in a play session together just yet. However, will there be co-op in the future? The following article details everything we know about the planned co-op in Titan Quest 2.
Co-op in Titan Quest 2: What You Should Know
As we said earlier, the game doesn’t feature co-op at its Early Access launch. However, THQ Nordic has said that they plan to bring co-op into the game in the near future. This is natural since the first game also featured co-op where you could play with your friends. For now, the focus seems to be on polishing the core gameplay experience and ironing out any bugs that the player base reports to the developers.
For now, there isn’t any news about when you can expect co-op to finally arrive in Titan Quest 2. Still, the developers would want to ensure that the mode works perfectly before releasing it to the public. That means working on skill syncing and adapting enemy behavior to keep up with the changes in multiplayer. So, you can expect the co-op mode to take some time to arrive, especially since the game launched in Early Access just a couple of days ago. We’ll update this space when we know more.

Will There Be Couch Co-op or PvP?
We cannot confirm or deny either couch co-op or PvP in Titan Quest 2 yet. The developers haven’t come out and said anything about these. For now, we can confirm the presence of online PvE only. We expect that the game will focus primarily on this mode, and you’ll be able to take on bosses and raids with friends when the co-op mode finally launches.
