In Forza Horizon 5, you can have a whole fleet in your garage consisting of over 900+ cars. However, some of the cars are valued much more by players in real life than in-game, due to their rarity. With the new Backstage Pass, you might have a chance of getting some of the rarest beauties. But some can now only be obtained by spending high amounts of real-life currency.

This list covers the top 5 rarest cars in Forza Horizon 5, including one you cannot even obtain anymore.

Starting this list is the MINI Cooper S Forza Edition. It is an electric car from 1965 and has the Forza Edition stunt skills boost. Many do not even know that this car exists in the game due to how rare it is.

If you are extremely lucky, then you might see this card being sold in the auction house for 1.3 million. However, due to its rarity, not many owners are keen on selling this car very often.

4. 2018 Morgan Aero GT

The 2018 Morgan Aero GT is one of the oldest cars from this list that was introduced in Forza Horizon 5. The only way to ever obtain this car was from the Series 28 (Winter, Week 2) Festival Playlist or from the Forzathon shop.

What makes this car rare in Forza Horizon 5 is the fact that it was awarded to players who obtained the maximum points in that week’s challenge. However, most players didn’t care much about this beauty as a Lamborghini was rewarded for much lower points.

3. 2009 Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster ‘Oreo Edition’

The 2009 Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster ‘Oreo Edition’ is one of the most iconic, rarest cars in this list due to you obtain it. Back in January 2023, there was a promotion event going on between Xbox and Oreo, where if you buy a special packaging of Oreos, you can unlock some exclusive in-game items for Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite, or Sea of Thieves.

You would have gotten this car if you redeemed the code in Forza Horizon 5. However, the good thing is that some people still have the promo codes to this date and those codes are still redeemable. For the right price, you can buy the redeem codes and get your own Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster  ‘Oreo Edition’.

2. 1932 Ford De Luxe Five-Window Coupe Forza Edition

Just like the Pagani ‘Oreo Edition’, the 1932 Ford De Luxe Five-Window Coupe Forza Edition is also obtained from a redeemable code. However, this one is much rarer, which makes it the second rarest car in this Forza Horizon 5 list.

When Forza Horizon 5 was first released, you could have purchased a special Forza-themed Xbox Controller. The code for the Ford De Luxe would have come in the box with the controller. On redemption, you not only get the car, but some emotes and skins as well.  Fortunately, this code is still active, and some players sell it for much higher prices compared to the Pagani ‘Oreo Edition’ code.

1. 2017 Ford GT ‘OPI Edition’

The rarest card in Forza Horizon 5 to date is the 2017 Ford GT ‘OPI Edition’. Just like the Ford De Luxe and the Pagani, this car was also a part of the collab. However, the collab was between Forza and a company called O.P.I, which is a nail polish manufacturer. Given that Forza is a motorsport game, this custom collaboration with a nail polish brand is still pretty interesting.

However, what makes this the rarest car is that the promotional code does not work anymore when redeemed. Therefore, as of now, there is no way to obtain the Ford GT ‘OPI Edition’ in Forza Horizon 5. The only people with this car in their garage are the ones who were lucky enough to take advantage of the promotional event held back in February 2022.
