Each Uma Girl has a different running style that you can choose during races. There are four styles in total, and each mainly uses two of the five training stats. Here are all four:

  • Front Runner
  • Pace Chaser
  • Late Surger
  • End Closer

Most Uma Girls excel at two of the four styles, giving you some leeway when training or selecting skills. Keep in mind that many skills are very style-oriented, so spend skill points wisely before races. To help you understand better, here’s a description of each style:

  • Front Runner: Stay at the front of the pack and maintain this position throughout the race. You have a low chance of getting blocked by others. However, running fast consumes a lot of stamina and endurance.

  • Pace Chaser: Stay ahead of the pack but don’t overtake the front runners. This conserves stamina, but you’ll need good skills to overtake everyone in the final stretch.

  • Late Surger: Your Uma Girl starts slow and runs in the middle of the pack. This conserves stamina and endurance, but there’s a risk of getting blocked near the end. Power is crucial for this style, as it helps reach top speed faster.

  • End Closer: At the start, stay at the very back of the pack to save stamina. Skills usually include speed boosts near the end of the race. This style isn’t as common but is effective for long runs in the last few tracks.

Even with running styles, race outcomes are very unpredictable. One style might win a race but lose in the next. It’s vital to understand your Uma Girl’s strengths and weaknesses, as running style alone won’t guarantee victory.
